Welcome and Departure Services

• We will prepare your second home for your arrival and or the arrival of your guests such as: cleaning, heating/air-conditioning laundry, shopping for groceries, flowers, ect. Setting out the outdoor furniture and blow off outside decks and drives.
• We close up your property, turn off appliances, clean up the house and secure your home and property.

Personal shopping services

• We can fill the frig and cupboards with the food you want to save you time upon arrival.
• We can assist in home furnishings and decorating

Managing your staff

• Delegating your authority to us while you are away gives you the guarantee of the efficiency of your staff. Through regular visits, we can check the work and give new priorities if so required.

• We focus on Gilmer and Fannin Counties in the North Georgia Mountains. We can take on special tasks in all of the north Georgia area.
